How does the reservation process work?

The process starts with an inquiry through our contact form, after which we discuss availability, timing, and fit for your household personally. A reservation deposit then secures a specific kitten, with photo and milestone updates as your kitten grows.

Pickup is arranged once the kitten reaches an appropriate age, along with full health records and a transition guide. Here's what that looks like in practice: after your initial inquiry, we'll talk through your household — kids, other pets, experience with cats, what you're hoping for in a companion — and whether the timing of an upcoming or current litter lines up with what you're looking for. Because litters are intentionally limited, there's sometimes a wait involved, and being on our radar early for an upcoming litter is often the difference between having options and choosing from what's left.

Once a specific kitten is identified as a good match, a reservation deposit secures that kitten and takes them off the available list. From there, we like to keep new families involved as the kitten grows — photo updates and milestones along the way, whether that's eyes opening, first steps, weaning onto solid food, or the daily socialization that happens in-home before kittens are ready to leave. This isn't just a courtesy; it helps you feel connected to your kitten's early development and gives us a chance to flag anything relevant before pickup day.

When the kitten reaches an appropriate age, we'll coordinate pickup (or discuss delivery options depending on distance), and your kitten goes home with full health records, age-appropriate vaccinations, and a transition guide to make the first days smoother. Contact us to start the conversation, or take a look at available kittens to see what's currently on offer.
